Social Media Managers, Volunteer
Kane FM needs managers to volunteer their time and enthusiasm for Kane FM’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Mixcloud and YouTube platforms. As a Kane FM Social Media Manager you will gain practical experience with social media engagement, promotion and marketing as well as widening your personal and professional network of contacts.
A community radio station, Kane FM plays roots music that is not proportionally represented nationwide. It is a non-profit organisation for which people work tirelessly, creatively and positively. Through independent music, volunteers strive to break down barriers and engage young people in culture and the arts through the medium of radio. Your contribution as a social media manager will be in support of these social and community outreach goals.
You must be able to volunteer between five and ten hours per week, commit to at least six months and have progress reviewed after one month. If your application is successful, you will be collaborating alongside all Kane FM volunteers, expressing ideas and consistently suggesting ways to further Kane FM’s social media presence.
