How you can support our Kane FM youth project – MindWaves! there’s a fundraising fitness party on Friday 24th March at Broadwater school in Godalming from 6.30 to 8.30pm.
It’s run by instructors for a workout brand called “the Jungle Body”. It’s a really easy class to follow so you don’t need experience, just follow the instructors and have a wicked time, dancing to the music. It’s great for mental health and you’ll come out buzzing!
Our very own DJ Dr George is going to be on the decks, mixing the 90s vs 00s tracks for all those there to enjoy a workout!
Tickets are £10 for the 75 minute mega class and can be bought in advance – just email eleni@kanefm.com.
All proceeds will go back into the project so we can continue to support young people in the area to build confidence through music, as we have been doing for the last 8 years.
Oh, and there’s a free smiley face badge for everyone who joins in the fun!
