Beatfarmer (Adam Wood), lives in the woods on a raw, west coast island where his homesteading lifestyle keeps him connected with the earth. This connection shows through his music, which incorporates ethnic and tribal sounds with modern electronic beats capturing the energy and beauty of the world he loves. His original productions are filled with natural sounds, chanting and organic percussion, connecting the listener with the traditions of the past - through the sounds of the future. In the past four years, Beatfarmer has produced music from his solar powered home studio. He has released 2 full length albums on Ovnimoon Records and a number of self released EPS. The past 2 years have also seen tracks released on compilations for Maiia Brasil, Ovnimoon, Street Ritual as well as an official remix for the Desert Dwellers and collaborations with Step High and Tikki Masala.
Beatfarmer has developed a passion for mixing organic world music with electronic beats and takes great care in crafting his sets for individual shows, bringing mind, spirit and body together. His growing popular following on music platforms such as Soundcloud has gained him a credible following of now over 6,000 and over 200,000 plays.
Combining energy, healing, beauty, balance, organic sounds and ancient incantations, Beatfarmer will move your body to dance and your spirit to soar. Beatfarmers latest EP Electronic downtempo ‘Encounter’ under label Street Ritual Records was released on the 13th January 2017 .

Through Beatfarmer;s official SoundCloud there is a promo release and its 27 minutes of not only a talented worldly producer but through his work any listener can hear an amazing sense of sound and emotion with its tribal electronic natural vibe. One listener commented that his tasteful tracks “Frees the mind, the senses, the heart. Takes you away. I love it.” which sums up the fusion fueled 2015 EP that is ‘Cosmic Playground’ released under Visionary Shamanics Records.
