About this Kane FM story
This month the Pioneers Hip Hop Show focuses on the history of hip hop in Nottingham. We begin by looking at its early beginnings, much of it centred around Rock City, before moving into the early rap records from the likes of MC Fizal Eff, DJ Quick, MSD and K.I.D. (RIP) to name a few. From here we plot a course all the way until the early 00s and discuss the histories of luminaries such as Big Trev, Joe Buhdha, Mr 45, The P Brothers, Blue Eyes and much more. As usual Specifik brings us a killer mix, this time all Notts classics including artists such as Cappo, Scorzayzee and Lee Ramsay and of course we play a sprinkling of brand new music…
