One of our very important and ongoing projects, a commitment to the community, is raising awareness on Tinnitus and hearing loss in relation to exposure to loud sounds including music.
This year Tinnitus UK made live music and tinnitus as the topic for Tinnitus Week and so we invited local businessman and Guilfest organiser, Tony Scott, for an exclusive interview at Lockwood Studios. Tony takes us on a journey of live music, tinnitus, the importance of protection of the ears, the history of Guilfest, potential future plans, growing up in Africa, Afrobeat, the damage loud music can cause and more.
